Affiliated with the West London Wildcats AFL club, the West London Wildkittens netball club has been quite successful over the past few seasons. This year, our teams played in 13 grand finals, with 10 of those teams winning premierships. Our intermediate teams have done particularly well over the last few seasons, with our Parsons Green teams winning back-to-back-to-back premierships and our Clapham team winning back-to-back premierships.

 

We play in the GoMammoth leagues and enter intermediate, social and mixed teams in areas including Parsons Green, Clapham, Battersea Park and Victoria.

 

The social leagues are suitable for any ability, even if you have never played netball before and are more aimed at those wanting to have fun rather than being involved in a serious competition. The intermediate leagues are usually quite a high standard so are perfect for girls who have plenty of playing experience and enjoy a more competitive competition. 

 

Fees for each season are £55 and we aim to have 10 girls in each team. The seasons are usually 8 games plus 2 weeks of finals. Most leagues are played on outdoor courts.

 

Our teams are made up of mostly Australian and New Zealand girls (but all are welcome!) and we like to get together after the odd game for drinks. The AFL club puts on lots of social events throughout the year including pub crawls, boat parties and Royal Ascot just to name a few!
